What is the Car Week Passport?

The Car Week Passport is a curated access pass created by Will Elkadi — also known as Mr. Car Week, founder of Monterey Car Week Guide and WhatsUpMonterey, the #1 resource for Monterey Car Week since 2011. Designed to simplify and elevate how enthusiasts explore Car Week, this Passport brings together top-tier events into one seamless experience — with exclusive perks and value.

This inaugural edition was made possible through the partnership and support of our friends and event producers: Paolo Manca from Monterey Motorsports Festival and Tanya Kosta from Concorso Italiano — each bringing their own vision and legacy to this exciting collaboration.

As the Passport evolves, we look forward to curating even more elevated experiences in the years ahead.

How do I purchase Passport Passes?

You can purchase Passport Passes (Access Pass or Elite Pass) through our official ticketing platform. Just click the Buy Tickets button on the top right of this website or visit the individual Pass page.

How will I receive my tickets?

You will receive an email confirmation with your digital passes for each event. Please bring a valid photo ID and either a digital or printed version of your pass. Some events may also hold your ticket at Will Call. Be sure to check your email for details leading up to the event.

Are passports available at the gate?

No, passports are only available online on WhatsUpMonterey exclusively.

What does General Admission include?

General admission includes event entry, access to displays, standard parking, and event program book (where applicable). Each event may differ slightly in included perks.

What does VIP admission include?

VIP tickets offer upgraded amenities including reserved lounge seating, complimentary food and beverages, special gifts, and premium parking. Specific perks vary per event and are detailed in each passport listing.

Are children allowed?

Yes! Children 12 and under are free with a paid adult at most participating events. Please refer to individual event listings for confirmation.

Can I transfer my ticket?

Passports are non-refundable, but may be transferable only with prior approval. You must contact us at least 7 days before the first event to request a name change. Please be mindful when purchasing — to keep costs low for everyone, we are unable to support last-minute admin changes.

I am a Car Week Event Organizer, Can I Participate?

2025 is closed, but contact us ASAP — perhaps we can fit you in. If not, we’d love to discuss how to feature you in 2026.
