Gift Certificate Expiration

Gift certificates are valid for 1 year from date of purchase.

Lost Gift Certificate Code

If you lost your gift card code, login to your account and print it. Lost or stolen cards that have been redeemed can not be reissued. 

Send Gift Cards to Loved Ones

You may send electronic Gift Cards to anyone via their email address. Simply check mark "Send As Gift" at checkout and fill out the required fields.

What Happens if a Business Shuts Down

Contact us wth your registered email address along the gift card certificate code(s) and we'll issue you a store credit for use towards any future purchase.

Credit Card Payments

All online orders are safe and secure. We do not save or store your credit card data. Purchases made will show as a charge on your statement from eLab Communications, our parent media company.
