Event Info
Monterey's 4th of July Parade is not to be missed and starts at 10am at the corner of Alvarado and Pearl streets.
The City of Monterey’s free “Big Little Backyard Bar-B-Que and Entertainment Extravaganza” then follows at 11am until 4:30pm at Colton Hall Lawn at Pacific St.
Featured Bands Include:
Operation Rock (11 am)
Pure Ecstasy (12 pm)
The Money Band (1:30 pm)
Foreverland (3 pm)
Children's entertainment includes free carnival booths and games, face painting, balloon artists and jump houses. Lots of great food provided by non-profit food vendors will be on sale all day.
Free Bike Valet provided by Green Pedal Couriers & Monterey Bay Bicycle Coalition will be located at the corner of Jefferson and Pacific Streets.
